SOA technical data sheets
The SOA Certificate is a mandatory document for companies wishing to participate in tenders for public works worth more than €150,000. This certification attests to the company’s economic, technical and organisational capacity, verifying that it meets specific requirements set by the applicable legislation.
Special requirements
In addition to the general requirements, the company must demonstrate that it meets specific economic and technical requirements, divided into three main categories:
- Construction turnover
- Technical equipment
- Average annual workforce

Special requirements for works carried out
For each certification category requested, the company must demonstrate that it has carried out a certain volume of works, considering both the overall total and the share of major works.
