SOA certification for businesses
CQOP SOA assesses companies’ general, technical, and financial qualifications, enabling them to obtain the SOA certification required to participate in public tenders and carry out public works contracts valued at over €150,000.
What is SOA attestation?
The SOA certificate is the document that certifies a company’s qualification for specific categories of works and contract value brackets. It is issued by an SOA authorised by ANAC, following verification that the requirements laid down by the regulations have been met. It is valid for five years, subject to verification that the requirements are still met in the third year. CQOP SOA has been carrying out this activity since 2000, when it obtained authorisation from the Supervisory Authority.

The SOA certificate determines which public tenders a company can take part in, based on two key parameters:
- Categories: indicate the type of work the company is qualified to perform.
- Classifications: set the maximum value of the works that can be carried out.
